Property Tax Appeals
Our firm assists with appealing property taxes. The County’s appraisal value may not accurately reflect real property values. We will aid in the entire appeal process for our clients. This appeal must be made within 45 days of the notice date. During this appeal, our firm will handle filing the initial appeal with the Board of Tax Assessors, appear before the Board of Equalization or with a Hearing Officer, and lastly we will aid in arbitration if needed.
